Recipe reformulation is key to national health

Innovation drives new product development, which can mean grasping new market opportunities or improving dietary health through recipe reformulation.

The Reformulation team at our partner, Food and Drink Federation, is helping small to medium-sized food and drink companies to reformulate their products. They work with a range of partners to help businesses access a wide range of support and funding. This project is funded by the Scottish Government.
